• Location: Red Bird Christian School, 15430 S. HWY 66, Beverly, KY 40913. Drive under the school, remain in car.
• What:
• 1^st & 2^nd Pfizer vaccines available for persons 12 & up. If under 18 a parent or legal guardian must be present or have an approved permission form signed.
• Boosters for eligible persons will be available: Pfizer & Moderna are available! Must bring vaccination card. Must be at least 5 months from 2^nd Moderna or Pfizer shot, or 2 months from J & J shot.
• □   Pfizer vaccines are available for children 5-11 only if parent or legal guardian is present.      
• Free vaccines are given by: Clay County Health Dept.
• Door Prizes for Participants will be Randomly Drawn :  1^st place: $250, 2^nd place $100 gift card to Red Bird Community Store
