We will meet at the Dewall Senior Center to clean up as much of Beverly as we have time.

WHO: This event is family friendly and open to all ages.

WHY: Because keeping our streams and roads clean will help preserve the beauty of the community and the Red Bird River.  Lunch will be provided and door prizes will be awarded.

Please wear sturdy shoes and clothing you don’t mind getting dirty.  If you have them, please bring sturdy gloves, sunscreen, insect repellant, and a water bottle.

The Red Bird River Watershed Restoration Project is a collaborative effort by USFS, KDW, PRIDE, Cumberland Valley RC&D, Clay County Soil Conservation District, and Red Bird Mission to work with local community members to clean up the Red Bird River.  For more information about the cleanup or question about the Red Bird River watershed contact Lois Smith.
