- Location: At the Grand Opening of Red Bird Community Store and Farmers Market!! Booth will be outside near the covered market. The Farmers Market accepts SFMNP, WICFMNP, and Double Dollar vouchers!!!
- What:
- 1st & 2nd Pfizer vaccines (Ages 5 and up)
- If between the ages of 12-17, a parent or legal guardian must be present or have an approved permission form signed.
- Children 5-11 only if parent or legal guardian is present, (must pre-register a child to ensure children’s doses are available).
- 1st & 2nd Moderna vaccines (Ages 18 & up)
- Boosters for eligible persons will be available. Pfizer & Moderna Boosters are available! Must bring vaccination card. Must be at least 5 months from 2nd Moderna or Pfizer shot, or 2 months from J & J shot.
- 2nd Boosters are available for eligible persons. Persons 50+, or persons 12 and older who are moderately or severely immunocompromised. Must be at least 4 months from last booster. Must bring vaccination card.
- Free vaccines are given by: Clay County Health Dept.
- Every person receiving a shot that day will get a $20 gift card to the Community Store!
